1. What mySorelle is

mySorelle is a private cycle and wellbeing tracker for your phone. Your data stays on your device (see the privacy policy, which is part of these terms). Using the app means you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

mySorelle offers patterns and estimates built from what you log. It is not a medical device, it makes no diagnosis, and it must not be used for contraception, conception planning, or any medical decision. Predictions are estimates, not promises. For health concerns, please speak to a qualified professional.

3. Subscription and free trial

4. Your data and your responsibilities

Your data lives on your device and in backups you control. Please keep your phone's backup, the optional private cloud backup, or an exported backup file if your history matters to you: if the device is lost and no backup exists, we cannot recover anything, because we hold nothing. Keep your backup-file passphrase safe; without it the file cannot be opened, by anyone.

5. Fair use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law. The app, its design, and its content are ours or our licensors' and are protected by intellectual-property law; your data is yours.

6. Availability and changes

We may update the app to improve it, fix problems, or meet legal and store requirements. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the app with a new effective date before they apply. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the app and cancel the subscription in your store account.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, or your local courts where consumer law provides for that.
